Creating a new landscape doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At Benito’s Landscape, we’ll guide you through the entire process from initial consultation to final walkthrough helping you create a beautiful, functional landscape that fits your needs, budget, and timeline.
Start with a Conversation
To get started, please fill out our Contact Form. We’ll schedule a time to meet, walk your property with you, and learn more about your goals. During this visit, we’ll ask about your preferences, your budget, and what you’d like to achieve both in the short and long term.
To prepare for our meeting, consider the following:
- What do you like or dislike about your current landscape?
- Do you have drainage issues or want to expand your outdoor living space?
- How much maintenance are you willing to take on?
- Are you interested in low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, or native plants?
Estimate and Landscape Design
After our site visit, we’ll help determine whether your project requires a free estimate or a more detailed landscape design:
- Free Estimate: If the scope is clear and straightforward, we’ll provide a no-obligation cost estimate within a few days.
- Landscape Design: For more complex projects, a detailed design may be necessary. Our professional designer will take measurements, develop a to-scale plan, and specify plants, hardscape features, irrigation, drainage, and other project elements. Design costs vary depending on complexity and typically take a few days to a few weeks to complete. Once your design is finalized, we’ll provide a free, itemized quote for the installation.
Moving Forward
When you’re ready to move ahead, we’ll send over a contract and get you on our schedule. On the agreed start date, Benito’s Landscape crew will arrive ready to bring your vision to life.
Throughout the project, we’re happy to answer questions, adjust details as needed, and make sure everything meets your expectations. After the installation is complete, we’ll walk the site with you to ensure everything was done to your satisfaction.
